Team Competition:

 

Team RX ( 2 Male / 2 Female) – An RX Athlete is an athlete that is able to perform all

skill movements and higher weight bearing movements in accordance with Crossfit

HQ standards (i.e. – handstand push ups, double unders, muscle ups,

pistols)

1st : $500

2nd: $200s

3rd: $100

Must be able to perform Movements and Weights as follows – Thrusters 135#/95#,

Cleans 155#/115#, Deadlifts 255#/185#, Snatches 135#/95#, Bar Muscles Ups,

Pistols, 24″ Box Overs, Burpees, Carry Other Members Of Your Team, Hand Stand

Walking, Weighted Lunges 75#

 

Team Scaled ( 2 Male / 2 Female ) – A scaled athlete is an athlete on the intermediate

or beginner level in Crossfit that has yet to master the necessary skill movements (i.e. –

muscle ups, double unders, handstand push ups, pistols).

1st : $300

2nd: $200

3rd: $100

Must be able to perform Movements and Weights as follows -Thrusters 115#/75#,

Cleans 95#/75#, Deadlifts 185#/135#, Snatches 95#/75#, Chest To Bar, Goblet Squat,

20″ Box Overs, Burpees, Carry Other Members of Your Team, Handstand Walking

(attempts counted as long as feet are off the ground), Weighted Lunges 75#.  

 

Team Masters 40+ ( 2 Male / 2 Female ) – Masters athletes will be treated similar to

scaled athletes for this competition.  We will substitute in more reputable movements

in place of complex injury prone movements (i.e. – chest to bar pull ups in place of

muscle-ups, push press in place of handstand push ups).  Weights would also reflect

scaled standards.

3rd: $100

Must be able to perform Movements and Weights as follows – Thrusters 95#/65#,

Cleans 95#/65#, Deadlifts 155#/105#, Snatches 95#/65#, Chest to Bar, Goblet Squat,

20 Box Overs, Burpees, Carry other members of your team, Handstand Walking

(attempts counted as long as feet are off the ground), Weighted Lunges 75#

 

 

Adaptive Athlete Individual Competition:

 

Adaptive Rx Men (individual) – Athletes will need to be able to lift up to #95 over their

head in one form or another and be able to run or row.  These athletes should be

capable of most able body movements including pistols and handstand push ups

3rd: $100

Must be able to perform Movements and Weights as follows – Front Squats 95#, Shoulder to Overhead 95#, Cleans 135#, Deadlifts 225#, Double Unders, Pistol Squats, Toe To Bar, Chest to Bar, High Pull Sumo Kettle Bell Deadlifts #44, Plate Carry 45#, Burpees, One Arm Kettle Bell Swing 44#, Sit Ups

 

Adaptive RX Women (individual) – Athletes will need to be able to lift up to #75 over

their head in one form or another and be able to run or row.  These athletes should be

capable of most able body movements including pistols and chest to bar pull ups.

Adaptive Scaled Men(individual) – We will work with your capacity to create a similar

and accepted movement standard.  Weights will be substantially less than RX.

Must be able to perform Movements and Weights as follows – Front Squats 75#, Shoulder to Overhead 75#, Cleans 95#, Deadlifts 185#, Single Unders, Air Squats, Sit Ups, Pull Ups, High Pull Sumo Kettle Bell Deadlifts 35#, Plate Carry 35#, Burpees, One Arm Kettle Bell Swing 35#

 

Adaptive Scaled Women (individual) – We will work with your capacity to create a

similar and accepted movement standard.  Weights will be substantially less than RX.

 Must be able to perform Movements and Weights as follows – Front Squats 55#, Shoulder to Overhead 55#, Cleans 65#, Deadlifts 135#, Single Unders, Air Squats, Sit Ups, Pull Ups, High Pull Sumo Kettle Bell Deadlifts 26#, Plate Carry 15#, Burpees, One Arm Kettle Bell Swing 26#

 

Wheelchair Men – Athlete will be able to perform rowing and overhead lifting up to

65# as well as unilateral movements such as kettlebell snatches, deadlifts, etc.  These

athletes will be expected to mobilize themselves from one side of the room to another

for movement transitions.  Wheels can expect to carry a weighted object at some point

in the competition.  If you are approaching it as “scaled” we will work with your

capacity to create a similar and accepted movement standard.

Must be able to perform Movements and Weights as follows – Shoulder Press 65#, Lap to Shoulder 65#, Kettle Bell Deadlift 35#, Seated Kettle Bell Snatches 35#, Rowing, Hand Release Push Ups, Gound to Overhead Kettle Bell #44, Sit Ups, Chair/Box Dips, Plate Drag 35#, Burpees

Competition takes place July 16th, 2016 at Lovejoy Multipurpose Bldg.2340 Estates Parkway, Lucas TX. This event raises awareness for the 22 Kill initiative, and adaptive sports.

Weights and movements will be released May 16.

WODs to be announced June 16th.
